Structures under batteries and rectifiers
The bases without rollers for battery replacement in the upper chambers of forklifts
Technical measures should be used in battery charging rooms to prevent the spillage of electrolyte. In modern designs for the transport and charging batteries it is easy to build sump trays for detecting of leakage of electrolyte. The baths are comfortable to removed and emptied. Below, there are examples of the bases without rollers for battery replacement in the upper chambers of forklifts. Structures and sump trays are made in dimensions to suit the size of the battery, so as not to take too much valuable space of a hall or warehouse.
Structures for the battery exchanged sideways in the chambers of roller forklifts
To charge the battery exchanged sideways in the chambers of roller forklifts we prepare single- or multi-roller racks. Solid steel construction, galvanized battery locks and roller bearings ensure long time working on charging rooms batteries. In order to easily replace the batteries the level in the tripod rollers can be adjusted to the cavity of each forklift with height adjustable feet.
Supporting structures under rectifiers
Large number types of rectifiers found in enterprises shows considerable range of supporting structures solutions. Racks, hangers and other unusual solutions for fixing rectifiers are made to our customer’s dimensions requirements. In the pictures (above and below), we present examples of rectifiers placement above the battery chargers on the level comfortable to use. Galvanized wires slings facilitate the maintenance of order positions.
