Installation of mechanical ventilation of battery charging stations
The purpose of introducing charging batteries stations posts to the production halls, storage or ventilation of enclosed spaces is primarily meeting the requirements set out the relevant provisions for this type of objects to the releasing of acid fumes and free hydrogen.
The basis for estimating the scope of the work is the correct calculation of the amount of hydrogen emitted during charging batteries and the necessary amount of air to be removed from the charging rooms to make the process safe. Ventilation requirements must be met regardless of the amount forklifts held.
In the case of charging rooms being separate, lockable objects sometimes it is enough to exchange the air in the entire room. However, usually the only safe solution is to direct ventilation of battery charging stations. Each charging room is different, examples of our projects below and in the Projects tab.
